Then.Now, and Later

Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery.
But today, is a gift , and that is why it is called the Present.~ Master Oogway

Where do you live?  I don't mean your town, or house, or address.  But, where do you live in your thoughts?  Do you live in tomorrow, with fear of what might happen?  Or do you maybe live in yesterday, with regret of what has already been?  Do you live in the future, with hope that things will be better?  Or do you live in the past , and think, "Nothing was like the good old days!" What are your thoughts, and hopes for right now? Not ten minutes from now, or even five minutes from now?  Stop, and ask yourself, what it is it that I want this moment to be? In all reality, this second, this is all we have.  We are not guaranteed one more moment here, in this world.  And as much as I look forward to living in Heaven, with my loved ones, and greatest of all the Lord Jesus Christ, I cannot live in that future either.  We must make the most of this single second.  If we live our live either in the past, which cannot be changed, or the future, which cannot be controlled by us, we will have wasted one of the most precious gifts we were ever given; the chance to change the very present  moment that we are in right now.
