Dawning~

Here is a small poem I wrote some time back~




Dawning~

I kept a small piece of my heart,
And waited for the day to start;
In anticipation I sat,
And wondered what it would hold.
My heart,
And the day.
Happiness, I hope , and
Thoughts of you,
Only the evening knows.
